It's Alive!
The "It" would be me. All last week I thought I was under the influence of a killer hayfever attack.
NOT! I have no idea what it was but I haven't been sick like that in many a year. I missed 2 birthday parties and Palm Sunday. Now it looks like I gave "it" to baby Gage. He spent all day today asleep. He doesn't want me to call him my baby anymore. "I'm big grandma".
I thought I needed to take some time and liven up my posts. They are about as interesting as the back of a shampoo bottle. This seems to be a recurring complaint of mine.
Schools are on spring break this week so Cady is staying in town with Sara(sister) and Madison. Alan (the not yet hubby)is working out of town all month and Sara didn't want to be alone. Cady, ever ready to be anyplace but home, gladly packed up and went with big sis. Since she's out of school all week this is a good chance for Cady to get in some extra hours at work. Remember , I told you she works for a vet. The vet is a real jerk and is difficult to work for. He also has a big problem when it comes to paying income tax. The IRS raided his home last yr and cleaned him out. Now everything is in his sons name. They come in and shut down the office every few months and go over books and clean out the cash drawer. All the girls who work there figure he will be shut down within the next few months. I think not. Then they get nothing. Just in case, Cady needs to work alot. My oldest daughter Heather and her husband are taking the kids to Disneyland this Sept. This has been planned for a few months. Cady and I were all ready to fly out to Calif 3 yrs ago and stay with my friend and go to Disneyland. Due to circumstances beyond my control ,the trip had to be cancelled.( you cannot imagine how much time I spend asking myself ,"do I put a comma there") Cady has gone on vacation with them before and she was hoping to be invited this time. Nothing was said and she felt pretty sad. A few days ago Heather called me and said she couldn't go without Cady. Needless to say,Cady is thrilled. She needs to have 500.00 to cover her expences. PLus extra spending money. She has time to earn that much and we will help too. Gosh, I wish I was going. When Heather and Billy were the only kids, we lived in Fountain Valley,Calif. We were about 15 min from Mouseville. Every night at 9:00 we could hear the fireworks go off. My husband (the ex) didn't like to deal with all the crowds ,but I took my kids every chance I got. If someone was going I would tag along for the ride. I wasn't allowed to drive. It's alot more expensive now. I think it's late and I am talking in circles. And those damn commas. Good night friends.

There you are. I guess it is a myth that people with hayfever should move to the southwest. Or maybe that is just Arizona that is rumored to be a hayfaver-free heaven? I hope that everything works out for the Disneyland trip. I am sorry that Cady has to work for a jerk.
I am glad that you are back.
